Vultr has Amsterdam and London, ping from Tallinn is 25ms either way. Running WireGuard mesh across three regions, €18/month total. cPanel would cost more than the infrastructure.

Estonia has similar. The "escalation" language is key—creates urgency, bypasses rational checks. Real NOC escalation is automated and silent. You get null-routed, then you find out, then you call them. No courtesy emails.

Estonia same. But as I said earlier, non-EU providers ignore it. RackNerd laughed at my "Estonian consumer protection" mention. Their exact words: "we operate under US law."

True, and effective at shutting down that avenue.

Estonian law requires digital service providers to maintain terms for the duration of contract. I've used this twice with EU providers. Just mentioning "Estonian consumer protection authority" in a ticket gets escalated fast.

Doesn't help with US providers though. RackNerd doesn't care about Estoni...
