This thread delivered. Tried olya's method on Vultr, got 15% in 90 minutes. Faster than emalite's 2h but same discount.

One thing: used US IP via VPN, got USD pricing. EU IP showed EUR, no discount yet (24h waiting). A/B testing on region?
