I run my bakery site on one 2GB VPS. Had a disk corruption last year, took 6 hours to restore from backup. If I'd had two boxes with DNS failover, maybe 5 minutes. But I pay $7 not $20. At $20 I'd probably do two 2GB boxes and call it good.

Okay you all convinced me. I'm going to stay on OVHcloud for now and tell my nephew to stop suggesting "upgrades." Maybe when he has his own bakery he'll understand about keeping things simple. Thanks for explaining the storage/RAM thing too, I feel less dumb now.

I found the iDRAC login. My nephew wrote the password on a post-it. The fan speed says 3600 RPM now and it used to say 7200. I do not know what he changed but it is better.
