Courts? For a $30/year VPS? Nobody is going to court. Chargeback, maybe. Small claims if you're obsessive. But "court" implies a legal system that cares about your hosting dispute. It doesn't.

Be realistic about remedies. Documentation is mostly for chargebacks and for your own sanity.
