OVH's own cloud is a different story though. They had that 2021 fire in Strasbourg and everyone learned their "cloud" was just VMs on servers in one building. Real cloud needs more than one site.

I used card too, same card I use for everything. No issue with other providers. Hostinger only.

I email billing directly and they fix. Maybe [email protected] is secret fast lane? I found the address in old forum post, not on their website. Try it.

I have same problem with Hostinger last month. 11 hours for "fraud check" check. Very frustrating

IP was not assigned until I email billing directly. Maybe this help you sir. Good luck

Append-only is good. Keyfile without passphrase is bad. Saw repo corrupted once; provider had disk issue; no verify. Now run borg check --verify-data monthly. Ticket open for 3 days; no response.
