Restic + rclone + Backblaze B2 is my stack. Encrypted, deduplicated, cheap. I have 800GB of photos from my photography site, total backup size 340GB thanks to dedup.

Unsatisfying but honest. I'll add one concrete tool: ArchiveBox. Self-hosted archiving. I run it on my NAS. Feed it URLs, it captures multiple formats. More reliable than archive.today for JS-heavy pages.

Not transaction-timed, but better than nothing for pre-purchase documentation.
