This is why I keep a small Vultr instance for experiments. They bill by the hour, you see the burn rate in real time, you destroy before it hurts. Hostinger's quarterly thing with mystery maths is the opposite of that philosophy.

Calm down. GDPR fines for this are rare and take years. Contract breach is faster. I had a vendor leak my latency benchmarks once, took 14 months to resolve. NDA with liquidated damages clause got me 6 months service credit. Not great but done.

Real IPv4. Single address, not NAT. That's why it sold out, NAT would've sat there like their ipv6 plans.

That's Cogent for you. Check your traceroute, probably hits Cogent in LHR then back to AMS. Not RackNerd-specific, lot of budget providers buy Cogent blends.

Debian 12 minimal, no panel. nginx, static files, done. 340MB used at boot. Not exciting but it works.

Back to the actual question - I got one of the $10 deals. Took me 14 minutes of refreshing, cart died twice. LA datacenter, 768MB RAM, 1 vCPU. Already moved a static site there, uptime fine so far.
