In Japan we have ConoHa VPS starting around 600 yen for 512MB. The 128MB experiment is interesting academically but for production please use proper spec.

In Japan the "green" label is regulated by law since 2022. Hostinger's Japanese site still says "carbon neutral" in translation last I checked. Different legal risk, same claim. Someone should flag that.
