I moved from RackNerd to Hetzner last year because of downtime. RackNerd was fine for price but the network drops in LA were annoying. Hetzner Nuremberg has been solid.

InterServer padded my WHOIS queries—281 fake charges · Domain Names

Did anyone actually get a refund yet? I disputed 89 phantom queries with InterServer billing 6 days ago. Ticket status "escalated to engineering." Radio silence since.

Flat-rate registrars: Cloudflare, Porkbun, Namecheap (mostly). Avoid usage-based entirely. Lesson learned.
