Xixixi I am buy yesterday SLA say "concurrent maintainability" but they mean "we schedule when both paths are available" xixixi very funny lah. I am send ticket, they reply "two weeks notice required for concurrent work" xixixi. So concurrent = not concurrent? My english not good but this seems wrong. I am very confuse. Who else have this problem?
