Gravelines is newer buildout. Roubaix is the historic campus, some halls have mixed generations. If you can choose, Gravelines. Strasbourg is the quiet one, nobody talks about it but disk is consistent there.

Vultr Sydney to Melbourne is 15ms but their Sydney disk is worse than Singapore disk in petra's data. I pay the latency tax and use Singapore from Melbourne. Explain that to my clients.

Disk speed matters for mail queues or is that just IOPS
Both, but IOPS is the bottleneck for maildir with thousands of small files. Sequential throughput matters less unless you're doing something exotic. YABS tests both, watch the IOPS column harder than the GB/s.
