Dear sir/madam, kindly assist with this peculiar issue only.

My WooCommerce store on Hetzner works perfectly when I test checkout myself. Real customers only are reporting failures at payment step. I have checked my IP is not rate-limited. The issue itself is reproducible only with certain customers in certain countries.

My setup:

  • WordPress 6.5 on Hetzner shared plan
  • Vultr as CDN/WAF
  • Stripe for payments
  • No caching on /checkout/* path

I cannot reproduce this myself. Kindly guide what debugging steps only I should take. Thank you very much.

Brother, is working for you because your IP is trusted :-)

Vultr is blocking challenge for "risky" country only. Stripe webhook also getting blocked maybe

Check Security Events in Vultr panel. Look for "managed challenge"

Hostting provider is not issue here
