KMS error 0xC004F074 on Windows VPS at GreenCloudVPS https://greencloudvps.com

V4 only, no v6 (ofc). Slmgr /dlv shows no KMS host. Cfg:

2 vCPU
4GB
Server 2022 Standard

Provider says "activation included." not activated. Fw off for test. Same on 3 fresh deploys.

Provider skimping on KMS infra because legacy IP licensing costs eat their margin. Seen this at three hosts this quarter. Quotes: $45/kvm for Windows SPLA, up 12% YoY.
