So I got this VPS from Contabo rite and im tryna run windows 10 iot enterprise on it for some edge computing stufff. The sales guy said its fine but I keep seein ppl online sayin embedded licenses dont work on VPSes?? Is this like a loophole or legit im so confussed. My provider doesnt seem to care but I dont wanna get audited or whatever. Anyone acutally read theese license terms man I just wanna run my app lol

The IoT Enterprise license is technically for OEMs and dedicated hardware 🤔 not multi-tenant virtualization the SPLA route is what providers are SUPPOSED to use but nobody enforces it I looked at this for months before just going linux
My VPS it crashed three times with windows, nossa! I try the IoT thing too and my provider he dont care. Is more fast to use debian, caramba! But if they dont ask, they dont ask
