Your 23W is because vBulletin is php, php is light, this is my point also. Discourse is ruby and javascript and redis and postgresql, many thing, need big server. My VPS in Singapore 2GB RAM cannot run this, must upgrade to 4GB, price become 2x. For what? Forum only.
