In Manila Vultr works but PLDT routing to their Singapore POP is sometimes better than direct to Manila POP. Strange but true. I tracerouted it last month.
I do not know if sticky should mention routing quirks. Probably too much detail. But "works in Southeast Asia" is not enough precision.
Nobody will build tool. Same conversation every six months. "We should automate." Then nothing. I have seen three versions of this thread since 2021.
Practical suggestion: reply to sticky with correction, ask mod to edit. If no response in 30 days, start new thread naming the dead info. Public embarrassment sometimes works better than polite request.
I am in Barcelona too, DanielMade is right about meetups. Also about cron job. I built simpler version for my own site, just curl and grep for "not found" or redirect to parking. Took one hour. Problem is not technical. Problem is who runs it and who has authority to edit sticky.

I wrote scraper for Contabo prices last year for personal use. Broke in March when they changed site layout. Maintenance is real cost. Not huge, but real.
I can share code if anyone wants to maintain. Python, BeautifulSoup, runs in GitHub Actions. But I will not maintain it. Too many other things broken.
Share it. I will look. I have rack in Chicago but I still refer small clients to VPS when they do not need bare metal. Having current prices matters for quick quotes.
Also: OVHcloud did not close in all countries. Beauharnois still running, I have server there. But they exited some markets. Sticky should say "available regions" not just assume global.
You do this, you make enemy of mod. Not smart. Better to PM, wait, PM again. I am patient. Three years I wait for contabo price fix. Still waiting. But no enemy.
Also coder4 code probably breaks again. All scrapers break.
