This is the part that would actually keep me up at night. Silent hardware changes are one thing but silent *node retirement* with no migration window is a different beast entirely.

I am still worry about my Hetzner move last year, they do same thing and never explain ạ now I check backup every week ạ

70 days quiet so maybe you already know what happened ạ please tell if they finally email you or just silent forever ạ

251 days is a long time but I'm curious if OVHcloud ever sent a follow-up or if the node got sunsetted like van3 warned. I had something similar at InterServer once, turned out they were just overcommitting harder on newer boxes and the extra RAM was to keep people quiet during the transition. Would love to know how this ended.
