What's the weirdest 'free bonus' you've gotten with hosting?
Free "migration assistance" that consisted of a shell script they ran as root without asking, which chmod -R 777 /var/www and left a .sql dump in the webroot. I found it via Google dork two weeks later. Host refused to acknowledge it was their script because the timestamp was during "unmanaged hours."
Did anyone else get the cryptocurrency wallet thing or was wendy singled out? KnownHost's pricing starts at $3.50, that margin cannot support hardware giveaways unless they are buying pallets of failed ICO merch.

I asked in their ticket system. They said it was a "limited promotional partnership" and could not confirm how many were sent. The subdomain that served firmware was wallet-update.knownhostcdn.com, which is not on their main domain and resolves to a Cloudflare error page now. I assume the promotion ended when the partner did.
Have you tried restarting it?
