In Turkey, SSL vendor prices are 30% higher due to currency. Let's Encrypt is not "free" if I spend hours working around limits. My time has value.

BuyPass Go SSL. Norwegian CA, free, no rate limits like Let's Encrypt. I use them for a client in Lyon with 150 subdomains.

BuyPass has been around since 2001. Root included in all major stores. Not some fly-by-night.
From Nairobi: Let's Encrypt works fine until it doesn't. CDN front with Cloudflare, origin cert from Cloudflare CA, no public rate limits. Free plan covers it.

In Karachi, paid SSL is luxury pricing. I run 80 subdomains on Let's Encrypt with 5 ACME accounts rotated. Took one afternoon to script.
