What do you use for secrets management across multiple cheap boxes?

Ok I did it. Took 2 hours for 5 boxes. Remaining 35 this week. The decrypt script is stupid simple. I feel like a moron for not doing this years ago. Thanks tifiucem and sander_ams

Still using same root pass on all 40 though. Baby steps.

Hahaha. One trauma at a time. For root pass, look into ssh certificates or at least ed25519 keys with passphrase. But that is another thread.

I have one small server in Tokyo. One quiet mind. No need sops, no need git, I type the one password from memory. Less is more.

I know this does not scale. I do not want to scale. Scaling is the enemy.
