What do you use for rack noise mitigation? Asking for my marriage

My 42U from Hetzner it sit in garage now. Two server, four switch, will run 24/7. Wife she say the noise will make divorce. I try put acoustic foam from taobao but the foam it melt in summer heat XD

fan1: 4200 RPM
fan2: 4200 RPM

This fan speed it too much. I think maybe water cooling for server? But the rack it full tower, hard to modify. Anyone have experience with soundproof closet? My budget maybe $500. Will appreciate any suggestion. Marriage thank you.
