Same problem here in Lyon. I administrate servers for my association since 2018 and we always lose the network diagrams when someone leaves. D2 + git is exactly what I need to show the new volunteers how the pfSense and the Proxmox are connected.
I will try this weekend.
Jane you still didn't answer my question. KnownHost starts at $3.50, Contabo starts at 4 EUR. Why would anyone pay more for fewer datacenters?

Managed support is the difference. KnownHost handles migrations, monitoring, backups. Contabo is unmanaged — you are the admin. Different products for different customers.
I am not here to sell either. I mentioned KnownHost because blogfranck asked about hosting integrations, and I have visibility into both ecosystems from my current role. That is all.
I use Draw.io desktop app on Windows. The XML is ugly in git but it diff's better than you would expect. My real problem is I keep forgetting to commit before I change something and then I have twenty versions with names like "network_final" "network_final2" "network_final_REAL".
D2 might fix this. I will look at it.
