Following this thread. Currently on UptimeRobot Pro at $15 for 100 monitors, but growing fast. Self-hosting seems inevitable.
What do you use for monitoring 50+ client sites cheaply?
Has anyone tried Pingdom? Too expensive?
Pingdom is SolarWinds now. Pricing starts at like $15 for 10 monitors. You'd need $150+ for 54 sites. Not cheap.
This. SolarWinds killed Pingdom for small users. Used to be good, now enterprise only.

OK friends, I think I have my answer. Uptime Kuma on cheap VPS, Telegram for me, maybe SNS for the one SMS client and charge him. Muito obrigado to all, especially surabayacandle for the push to self-host.
