What about the Dell iDRAC Enterprise with the dedicated NIC? Still dies sometimes but at least it's separate from the host. Had a motherboard swap where iDRAC stayed up and let me watch the tech work.

IDRAC Enterprise is good but price is crazy for small company. We use Basic and have same problem as adam20 sometimes. Poland prices for Enterprise are too much.
