Hey folks
So I manage like 500+ domains across my clients at InterServer and the commercial WHOIS monitoring bills are getting stupid. Gonna be real with you, I was paying some service like $200/mo just to watch expiry dates and status changes. That's client lunch money
I tried rolling my own with python-whois but got IP banned by a couple registries in week one. Super stoked about that, not.
Anyone got open source tools that won't get me blacklisted? Or at least rotate properly? My budget is basically "whatever I can run on a €6 OVHcloud VPS"
