I agree but also Nadia59's story scares me. Eight months then poof. If frankfurt_ops spends these credits and they vanish, does Vultr then bill him for the difference? Or do they just zero out the account?
I had a host in Mexico do a "correction" once where they removed credits I had already applied to invoices. Left me with a negative balance and a 7 day payment demand. Took three weeks to sort out.

I am not spending the Credits. I am tracking them in a separate Spreadsheet as "Contingent Liability." If they claw back, I pay. If they do not, after 24 Months I will consider them earned. This is the German way.

I find for you best price VPS in Turkey if you want leave Vultr my friend. Contabo have Istanbul location now, very good price. No ghost credit but also no ghost bill.
