Serious now, sent ticket 2:47 am to RackNerd because my site was down. 4 minutes later the guy answered. Not a bot, answered everything I asked. Never seen that in my life.
They answered my ticket in 4 minutes at 3am
4 minutes at 3am sounds like a bot or outsourced team in a different timezone but I guess if they answered followup questions properly thats different ive had hosts claim 24/7 support then you get a reply at 6am their time saying sorry we were closed Contabo https://contabo.com did that to me once never again
