HostHatch. Chose them June 2025 because they publish server hardware generations in GDPR-style transparency report — rare! Article 13 flashbacks make me appreciate any host that documents actual infrastructure.
Uptime: 99.97% measured independently. Network: no 95th percentile billing games, flat rate. Support: 48h ticket, acceptable for price. Only complaint: no DPA template for GDPR Article 28 processing, had to draft myself.
They use AMD EPYC 4th gen, DDR5, disclosed in that report. Most hosts hide this. Worth considering if compliance documentation matters to your org.
