The ssh "quick fix" problem is why I don't give shell to clients who don't pay for managed. Period. Immutable is good but the threat model includes the client themselves.
Switching all clients to immutable deployments
RAJ here, margins stayed same actually. Positioned it as "included modern workflow" not upsell. Client retention improved though, two renewed early who were planning to leave.
