The ssh "quick fix" problem is why I don't give shell to clients who don't pay for managed. Period. Immutable is good but the threat model includes the client themselves.

RAJ here, margins stayed same actually. Positioned it as "included modern workflow" not upsell. Client retention improved though, two renewed early who were planning to leave.

But cPanel git feature, Hostinger, is pain. I try teach client, client teach me patience

Twenty years and the ssh quick fix still happens. I started logging shell access to Splunk, show them the graph when they complain about "just a second."
