Six Month Reality Check for the StackSocial Lifetime Deal with RackNerd

I purchase the Bundle in September 2025 and maintain detailed Performance logs since that Date. Please to find my Findings below.

  • Average ResponseTime: 890ms
  • Downtime Events: 23 total, 4 unplanned
  • Support ResponseTime: 14 hours median

The LifetimeTerm is not defined in the Contract. Please to clarify whether this means Company lifetime or Customer lifetime.

Your logs remind me of my first GreenCloudVPS box in 2011, same slow creep of degradation. Warm regards and good luck

Сервер very slow after month 4. Network not stable. Support say "all normal". I ask refund, they say lifetime deal not refundable. Contract unclear. Very bad.
