Letgarden3 that might be the pragmatic answer. I can handle ugly. Can you share the script or is it tied to your specific setup?

Pretty generic actually. Sheet with columns: client, domain, provider, renewal date, cost. Script runs daily, creates calendar events 30 and 7 days before. Can paste it later if you want.

I just use the reminder feature in my provider's client area. OVHcloud sends enough emails that I can't forget. Maybe too many emails.

OVHcloud's email game is aggressive. I get renewal notices for domains I transferred away three years ago.

20 years doing this. The answer is always "simpler than you think." One provider if you can swing it, one spreadsheet, one calendar. Complexity is the enemy. I ran 200 sites off a text file and cron jobs in 2008.

Marchhopper respect but also that sounds like a horror story. The text file part anyway.

It was. That's how I learned.

Following this thread. Same boat, 30 sites, 4 providers, same spreadsheet sadness.
