Polish hosting providers often bundle MailChannels or similar already. In Krakow I pay PLN and get outgoing filtering included. Different market.

220 euro a year just for mail delivery jesus christ thats another cpanel license basically

Math is hard; cPanel license for 40 accounts: more; DirectAdmin + MailChannels: less; the gap is where profit lives;

/dev/null: full of good ideas

Following this thread closely. Dublin prices for IPv4 are worse than Zurich from what I see. Hetzner's Helsinki location any use for EU residency requirements?

#15

Helsinki is within EU, yes. For GDPR it satisfies data residency if your clients are German or French. I would still want a DPA with Hetzner directly, their standard terms are thin on processor details. We asked in 2024, got a signed addendum after six weeks.

Neuland. Aber schnell.
#16

Belgian DPA is stricter than German on subprocessor notification. Hetzner's addendum did not list all possible countries when I reviewed it. Check if Ashburn or Singapore are in your threat model.

I route everything through Falkenstein or Nuremberg. Helsinki was an option but my /24 is RIPE and the routing is cleaner to DE. Not a lawyer, not legal advice.

/24 for sale. No lowballs.

You people are talking about email and taxes I just want to know if DA can handle 200 concurrent srcds instances

#19

No.

IPv4, IRC, and irssi — fight me

Frankfurt ops here. We tested DA for game panel use in 2023. The resource limits are per-user not per-process, so 200 srcds would need 200 users or custom cgroup work. Not worth it when Pterodactyl exists.
