Six-month review: the host I picked from this very forum

I am disappointed. The recommendation in this forum suggested excellent reliability. I have experienced three unplanned outages. Two were network-related, one was a hypervisor restart with no notice.

- network: average latency 180ms to my target region, not the 45ms advertised
- disk: 120 MB/s write, not the "enterprise NVMe" implied
- support: first response in 72 hours for a down server
