Dear sir/madam, I am proposing this theory itself for your kind consideration. The reseller purchases a large VPS or dedicated server from upstream provider, then slices it and marks up 300% to 500% for end users. The end user does not manage the server itself, only the website. Is this not Software as a Service in its purest form? The cloud merely rebranded this model with API access and metered billing. The concept itself existed in 1996, before Salesforce or AWS came into picture. I request your learned opinions on this matter only. Kindly share your thoughts.
