AS64512 here. My /32 worth of VPS prefixes at Contabo just renewed at €144 instead of €72. Control panel shows $72 for identical new plan. Diagram:
[my account] --renewal--> $144

[new signup] --same spec--> $72
This is standard BGP hijack of your wallet. No RFC covers this, but AS_PATH prepending your loyalty is clearly longer than necessary.
Who else sees this pattern? I want prefix-level data before I announce withdrawal to their transit.
