I was auto-renewed by RackNerd for a $9.95/year plan at 2026-01-03 14:23 UTC. The "renewal notice" email arrived 2026-01-04 02:17 UTC, twelve hours post-charge. Their terms require 24-hour notice.
I have requested chargeback documentation. Their system shows "delivered" to an address I have never used: [email protected]. My actual contact is on a custom domain with RPKI-validated MX. No SPF/DMARC failure logged. The "notice" was routed to /dev/null at their edge, not mine.
