Referral credit never applied, 8 months later

Back when I started in this business, affiliate programs meant actual payouts. I referred three colleagues to Contabo in December 2024. The referral dashboard showed all three as "confirmed." My credit: zero.

I opened tickets in January, March, and June. Each time, "escalated to billing." Nothing. The terms of service I agreed to in 2019 stated credits apply within 30 days of confirmed referral.

I am not angry, merely documenting. Kids these days accept "dashboard says pending" as an answer. Mark my words, this industry will automate itself into irrelevance. I have screenshots of every confirmation email.

Has anyone else seen resolution on old Contabo referrals, or should I accept this as a lesson and move on?

I have same problem with OVHcloud, 6 months waiting, I write long email to support explaining everything with dates and screenshots, then I delete it and send shorter one jajaja

But is very strange, my dashboard say "0 credits" but last week I find "hosting tokens" in some old portal section I never use, is very hidden, maybe same happen to you¿

I confuse "very" and "really" alot in english, sorry
