Minh1987: Fair point on the speed. The color filtering I mentioned is in the View menu, Custom Views, but you're right that the startup time hasn't improved. I only brought it up because mixed shops exist.

I run lnav on my laptop and stream logs from server with mosh. Tokyo summer, every watt not in my apartment is watt I do not pay to cool. Terminal color is free cooling is not.

Did anyone mention multitail? Old but stable. I used it before lnav existed. Still works if you are on a system with nothing in repo.
