1) "Unlimited bandwidth" usually means 95th percentile capped. I edge 40T monthly on Vultr, they never complained because my cache hit ratio is 94%.
2) "No CPU abuse" = keep under 25% sustained. @Hetzner officially told me origin server concerns are user-side. Just use Cloudflare, they said. Edge solves this.
3) "Commercial use permitted" sometimes bans resale. Read AUP separately.
4) "99.9% uptime" excludes scheduled maintenance, which they define broadly.
5) "Immediate termination for violation" means no refund, even if dispute later resolved.
I'm a law student. This is not legal advice. But I've seen providers draft these knowing most won't litigate over $50/year.
