RackNerd .co.uk transfer stuck 96 hours, IPS tag chaos

So I have two server at RackNerd, want move .co.uk to HostHatch. Made request last monday. Today is friday. Still pending XD

What I do:

1. unlock domain at RackNerd
2. get auth code (they call it "IPS tag"?? no, auth code is separate??)
3. give tag "HOSTHATCH" to RackNerd
4. wait

But RackNerd say they release. HostHatch say they not receive. I open ticket at both. RackNerd say "Nominet process." HostHatch say "we waiting on old registrar."

Then I find out there is TWO thing: auth code AND IPS tag. Why two server need two password?? And the 7 day wait is automatic? I cannot opt out??

Nominet website say "transfers typically complete in 48 hours." TYPICALLY. XD

I run this for check status:

whois mydomain.co.uk | grep -i "tag\|status"

Still show RACKNERD tag. 96 hour now. This is not bank heist, is worse. Bank heist have clear rule.

I make a server up in UK last year, same problem. The auth code is for you, the IPS tag is for registrar. Two password because Nominet is old system.
