What's your actual renewal versus promotional price ratio?

I am actually curious about genuine experiences here. Many providers advertise three dollar instances that renew at twelve, but I suspect the data is messier than anecdotes suggest. If you have tracked this across multiple billing cycles, please share your ratio (renewal divided by promo) and whether you actually paid it or migrated. Per RFC 8280 on operational transparency, I believe this community can produce better data than individual complaints. I will compile averages if we hit thirty responses.
