Poll: What's your actual renewal budget per year?

Be honest. No "I only keep my best 5" when you're sitting on 50 domains. Real numbers.

I'll start: I track 23 active domains. Renewal budget is $340/year. I route via Vultr for .xyz ($9.99) and Hetzner for .net (€11.50). Route via InterServer adds 12ms to DNS resolution but their .org pricing is unbeatable at $10.20.

| TLD | Count | Reg | Renew | Provider |
|-----|-------|-----|-------|----------|
| .com| 8 | €9 | €12 | Hetzner|
| .xyz| 10 | €1 | €10 | Vultr |
| .org| 3 | $10 | $10 | InterServer |
| .net| 2 | $11 | $12 | Hetzner|

Total yearly burn: €340. Could trim to €280 if I dropped the .com experiments.

What's your actual number?

1ms or I don't want it

Server is expensive. I have 7 domain only. Budget is $90/year.

I use .store and .cyou because .com is too much money. Route via Contabo is more cheap... €4 renewal

How to say... I have 31 domains. The budget is $420 per year.

I use «strategic» TLD choices. The Vultr for some, the Hetzner for others.

I drop h's sometimes. Yes, I renew.fr domains in bulk for the discount.

Random Word: Transfer.

¡I have the budget small! 15 domains red, $200 total!

I use the provider HostHatch because the support good. The prices transparent!

¡I no like the games of first year cheap, renewal expensive!

I redirected .com to .xyz. EOF

I pipe transfers through KnownHost bulk tier. EOF

Most of you get redirected by renewal notices. I pipe them to spam. EOF

/dev/null: full of good ideas
