Guys, honest question. What's the longest you've chased a $5 overcharge? Just spent 2 hours on support chat for a client, recieved partial refund. Margin on this account is thin anyway. Any leads on providers who don't do this? 🙏

your margin is my opportunity
Six months. Contabo. Ticket still open. Waiting.

We generally find it's not worth the operational overhead beyond one follow-up email. In our experience, the time cost exceeds the recovery for anything under ten dollars. Sam
4 HOURS for $2.99 overcharge from RackNerd. 😂 Is very good feeling when win. We make a test of patience, I win. They say "billing error" but I know is system. Now I check invoice every time, every month!
ping so high I wave back
We do see these cases and always recommend checking the industry-standard billing cycle alignment first. Upstream payment processors can hold funds in ways that appear as overcharges. If you'd like, I can review your specific case. :)
