Peering session flapping every Tuesday 3am, my side or theirs? I pay GreenCloudVPS in XMR, they say network stable. But my logs show down at 3:02, up at 3:17, every week. Which providers take XMR and actually have NOC that answers?
That's your maintenance window! Or theirs! Insane value if you both picked Tuesday 3am! Ampere chips don't need maintenance but humans do! Check your cron, check their status page, runs circles around guessing!
