Got a GreenCloudVPS $2.50 special, IPv4 included. Deployed my standard stack, can't send mail. Checked mxtoolbox -- SBL, XBL, Spamhaus, Barracuda, the works. Ticket to support: "IP reputation is customer responsibility." My $3 VPS at Hostinger has clean IP and beats their network by 40MB/s in YABS. What do? Not running mailserver even, just need outbound 587 for app notifications. Provider won't swap IP without $5 fee and "no guarantee new one is clean." My $3 box wins again.
My VPS IP is on every blacklist

Kids play valorant now, they don't know the pain of source engine server blacklists. Back in css days we had entire /24s burned from steam because one guy ran a malicious redirect. Tickrate 66, community dead, same energy. Your IP got history like a de_dust2 server with badmin. No fixing it, move on or tunnel.
V6 only. BGP clean. No v4 reputation baggage. Fw rules simpler. Peering
If need v4, proxy via vps on diff as. Transit ip = burned ip. Tier-1 only for important stuff. Rt via anycast adds complexity. Cfg v6 outbound, problem solved.
