My server responds to ping but nothing else

Le server حلو, incha'allah, but only for ICMP. SSH dead. HTTP dead. HTTPS dead. Panel says "running". Rebooted from VNC, same thing. Ping 0.3ms stable, no packet loss.

Debian 12, stock kernel, no firewall rules beyond default. Was working fine for 3 months. Changed nothing, I swear. Provider is GreenCloudVPS, Singapore zone.

Traceroute dies at their edge. MTR clean to same edge. Like they filter everything after ICMP ?

Not first time I see this, but first time it's my problem. Any idea before I open ticket ?

GRE tunnel between GreenCloudVPS and upstream in that region. Seen this before—provider scrubs ICMP at edge, forwards TCP/UDP through GRE to core. GRE gets blackholed, ICMP still answers. 300 Gbps attack last month against same upstream ASN, likely they "temporarily" blocked GRE and forgot.

Not your config. Ticket with "GRE" in subject, skip tier 1.

Caramba, cara, this is so strange, nossa! I never seen nothing like this, kkkk. But I don't know nothing about networks, so maybe is normal? My server on GreenCloudVPS Tokyo is working fine, no problem there. Maybe is just Singapore, you know? These things happen sometimes, don't they? Good luck, friend!
