¡The server red, the database dead, the night long!
I pay pay extra for the managed service with Hostinger, yes? The plan gold, the promise big. "We handle the updates," they say. "Sleep tranquil," they say.
Then comes the MariaDB upgrade. Breaks. Error 1045, 2002, chaos. I open the ticket urgent. The reply comes: "Best effort only, señor. Did you read the SLA?"
¡I read it! Seventeen times they write "best effort"—I count! Not one time "we fix." Not one time "we guarantee." The contract the words of a lawyer clever, not a service real.
Six hours I debug. Six hours the vos commands in terminal, the coffee cold, the patience gone. The "managed" is a ghost. A sticker on the box empty.
¡Beware the providers who sell the peace of mind but deliver the panic only!

Locked. Take it to DMs.
Not really. But this thread needs focus.
'Managed' is not a standard. It is a marketing term. Read the SLA before you pay. Hostinger's is public. Seventeen 'best effort' clauses is seventeen warnings you ignored.
Thread stays open. Keep it technical.
No logs, no proof. I have logs.

The SLA a poem of evasion is it—
Seventeen times "best effort" they whisper—
No promise of hands, no healing of the database broken—
The night long, the coffee cold, the trust redirected to /dev/null is it—
Ji, I have seen this dance before—
The words pretty, the service hollow—
A provider's true measure not in what they claim but in what they flee from is it—
The six hours yours, the lesson shared—
May others read before they bleed is it
