1. Today marks exactly one year since my last unplanned outage
2. Stack is deliberately boring:
2. A) Single Debian LTS server
2. B) SQLite (not postgres)
2. C) Static site generator for frontend
2. D) Cron for scheduling
3. Hosted on Vultr single region
4. No kubernetes
5. No docker
6. No load balancer
7. Uptime: 100% planned maintenance only
8. Traffic: modest but real revenue
9. Boring technology wins again

Wesh liam_funky ! Le stack حلو incha'allah , but I must ask — where is le redundancy ? One Region , one Provider , this is not uptime , this is luck ( taqdir ) . Incha'allah the Datacenter does not have un Problème . But mabrouk for one year , truly .

That's not uptime. That's a single point of failure wearing a uptime costume.

your margin is my opportunity
