My 'dedicated' IP is on every blacklist imaginable

I have leased a so-called dedicated IP from Hetzner six days ago. It is listed on fourteen public blacklists as of this morning. Spamhaus, Barracuda, UCEPROTECT Level 2—the full catalogue. As far as I know, a fresh dedicated IP should carry no inherited reputation. I opened a ticket. They claim the IP was "newly assigned to me" and the history is not their concern. I run a small mail server for a tenants' association. GDPR requires us to handle communications internally. This situation is untenable. Has anyone successfully compelled a low-end provider to swap an IP for reputation reasons? Or should I abandon the delisting process and request a chargeback? The IP in question: 203.0.113.47. I will not share the rDNS here for privacy reasons.

Hey guys I feel for you but did you check if they gave you a shared pool IP instead of dedicated? Some providers do this faking. Any leads on what panel they use? Recieved a similar complaint from my client last month.

(oh this is delicious) (I mean tragic ) (but also) Fritz48 you are chasing ghosts here (the IP kind (literally)) because the delisting process (which I have done (too many times (I ran mail for a nonprofit (don't ask)))) takes six to eight weeks minimum (if you are lucky) and UCEPROTECT Level 2 (the worst one (well Level 3 exists but that's ASN-level (you don't want to know))) requires your provider to clean their entire network (which they won't (they never do (the margins are too thin)))

$12/YR for "dedicated" IP and you're SHOCKED it's burned?? I've tracked Hetzner's IP pool since 2024, they recycle auction server rejects into "dedicated" tiers. SAME SUBNETS. I have spreadsheets.
