My abandoned deal site auto-renewed and I got refund anyway

So I had this Contabo box I forgot about. Auto-renew hit on a card I meant to cancel. Emailed them expecting the usual "no refunds on renewal" dance. Full refund in six hours. No ticket escalation, no "credits only."

Prices only go up. /24 will cost you a kidney. But apparently basic decency hasn't been priced out yet.

Anyone else catch a break from a budget host lately?

/24 for sale. No lowballs.

MY OVHCLOUD BOX DID THE SAME THING LAST YEAR! I SLEPT THROUGH THE RENEWAL WINDOW AND THEY STILL REVERSED IT! NO QUESTIONS ASKED! THESE PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY HUMAN BEINGS!!
